Publishing educational materials to print

As a registered user, you may publish articles, images and videos by creating a printed piece, an email, or a file for your own website. Go to Patient Education and select a topic or a search term to browse our library of materials. Click on "Find Content" and follow the steps outlined on the results page.

Signing up and logging in

To sign up or register you will need to click on the Register tab located in the navigation bar at the top of the page or you may want to take a quick tour of the site features before you sign up. Follow the steps on the registration page. After signing up, we will send you an email confirmation. Once you are a registered user, all you will need to do is enter your username and password in the upper right hand corner to log in to the site. If you have forgotten your password, click on the get help link located directly underneath the log in button.

Personalising patient educational materials

You must be a registered user and you must set up your professional profile to customise the patient educational materials on this site with your logo and/or your signature. Go to Patient Education and select a topic or a search term to browse our library of materials. Click on "Find Content" and follow the steps outlined on the results page. After you have chosen to publish these materials, you may save your customised content to your favorites folder.

Getting images and video

As a registered user, you can place links to videos and images on your own website for patients to view. You can choose to go to Patient Education and select a topic or a search term to browse our library of images and videos or you may want to go directly to the Images and Videos link within the Patient Education section. Once you have located the image you would like to put on your site all you have to do is click on the "Add this image to your website" link, copy the html code provided to you and paste that code directly on your site.

My Profile

Click on the My Profile tab located on the navigation bar at the top of the page to view and edit your profile information, including your email address, password and postal address.

What is a news feed?

A news feed is news that is delivered directly to a web browser or a web page. There is a desktop tool that can collect your news as well. Below are a few of the most popular news reader tools that you may use to access your Colgate Professional news.

Ordering samples

As a registered user, you can indicate your sample request by clicking the "submit" button, to show you would like to order samples.
