  • Mode of Action

    Chlorhexidine gluconate interacts with the bacterial cell wall, inhibiting dental plaque formation. It also helps reduce halitosis.

    A non-alcohol 0.2% chlorhexidine formula was tested to be as effective as the rinse with alcohol for reduction of plaque formation and gum problems1
